A Tribute To The Heros of September 11, 2001 In life, we all have choices to make. Some use their lives to make beautiful music. Others to paint pictures for the world to enjoy. There are those who use their lives to save lives, while others use their lives to destroy life. A whole lifetime can be consumed by hate, while hope and compassion are given by those who choose to live in service to humanity. In the tragedy that unfolded on September 11, 2001, the world saw people make choices. The choices made by some killed thousands of people, caused billions of dollars in property damage, shook the very foundation of freedom, started a war and caused tears to flow from the eyes of people all over the world. The choices made by the Heros of September 11th, saved thousands of lives and helped bring hope and healing to this world. Above all, the sacrifice of these Heros kept alive the Spirit of good people all over the world. Many of the Heros of September 11th literally lost their lives in service to people they didn’t even know. As a free and peace-loving people, our tribute to the Heros of September 11th is to do our part to make this world a better place. It may be as simple as volunteering our time or giving our money to enrich the lives of others. If we ever find ourselves in a situation where we may have to give our life to save the lives of others, we too may choose to be a hero to keep alive the Spirit of good and peace. Don’t be fooled by those who would make the world believe that there is a God somewhere that would condone the evil that unfolded on September 11, 2001. Religion plays a vital role in the lives of billions of people. All the world’s major religions respect the sanctity of life and would not condone the destruction that took place that day. God was giving strength to the Heros of September 11th and will give us strength after we make the choice to use our lives to make the world a peaceful and safe place for all of humanity. This is a tribute to those who choose life over death, especially the Heros of September 11, 2001. The spirit of these heros will live on to eternity. Thank you for sharing your lives with and for the rest of us. Live Peacefully
